Advising Syllabus
Like a course syllabus, this MTSU Academic Advising Syllabus defines the expectations of the advising experience and the collaborative relationship between the student and advisor.
This syllabus, published in May 2025 by the Blue Raider Academic Advising Network (the MTSU Advisors), will serve as your navigation guide for the academic advising process. It outlines the expectations of each role, details how to prepare for and schedule advising appointments, and recommends a timeline for extracurricular pursuits.
